This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on SILVIXO Indonesia website. All jewelry products are shipped from overseas warehouse to delivery addresses within Indonesia.
Order Processing Time
After we receive and confirm your payment, we will process your order within 1–3 business days. Order processing includes product quality inspection, packaging and handover to logistics carrier. Orders placed on weekends or Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated shipping time to most regions in Indonesia is 7–15 business days after the parcel leaves our warehouse. Remote areas may take 15–25 business days. Delivery time is an estimate and not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by customs inspection, bad weather, logistics carrier schedule adjustment, local traffic control or other force majeure events. SILVIXO is not liable for losses caused by uncontrollable logistics delays.
Shipping Cost
Shipping fee will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before payment, based on your delivery location and total weight of items in your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, and the promotion rules will be shown on our website homepage.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please double-check your full delivery address, recipient name and contact number carefully before submitting the order. We cannot modify shipping address after the parcel has been dispatched. If the parcel cannot be delivered due to wrong or incomplete address provided by you, the return freight and related fees will be borne by you.
Customs & Import Duty
Buyers are responsible for understanding local import regulations in Indonesia. Any import tax, customs clearance fee or related charges incurred during customs clearance shall be borne by the recipient. We will declare the product value according to actual order value as required by customs rules.
Parcel Tracking
Once your parcel is shipped, we will send an email containing tracking number and tracking link to your registered email address. You can track your parcel delivery status with the tracking number.
